Terms & Conditions

1. 10% discount on the total bill of bay fee, including food and beverage orders at the bay only.
   
2. Kids Eat Free offer is valid for all children aged 12 and under, selecting from the children's menu at the bay only.
   
3. The discount cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
   
4. The discount is not applicable for merchandise and Topgolf Academy.
   
5. This privilege is exclusively for IKEA Family members.
   
6. The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions or suspend any promotion without prior notice.
   

How to join:

1. IKEA Family members contact the ENT clinic at Samitivej Hospital by calling 02-022-3970 between 7.00 – 20.00 to make an appointment.
   
2. IKEA Family members present their IKEA Family membership card at Samitivej Hospital.
   
3. IKEA Family members receive a payment link from the hospital’s Finance department.
   
4. Hospital staff will arrange for the installation of a sleep test device at the members’ home.
   
5. The sleep test device will be collected the following day after the completion of the test.
   
6. If the test results indicate normal sleep patterns, a hospital doctor will contact the members via Telecom.
   
7. If the test results indicate NOT normal sleep patterns, the members will be required to have an in-person appointment with the doctor.

1. The customer's desired appointment date and time depend on the availability of Samitivej Hospital.
   
2. Only available in Bangkok and vicinity area.
   
3. The service is limited to one time per IKEA Family member.
   
4. For cancellations, IKEA Family members must contact Samitivej Hospital directly.
   
5. A 10% discount is applicable for the sleep test at home only. This cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged for cash or credit.
   
6. The terms and conditions of the sleep test at home are subject to Samitivej Hospital's policies and cannot be used in conjunction with any other IKEA promotions.
   
7. In any case, IKEA is not responsible for any loss or damage to third-party property or any injury to an IKEA Family member during or after the sleep test conducted by the Partner at Samitivej Hospital.
